Sumit Jha has a diverse work experience with various organizations. Sumit is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at ElintData since October 2021. Sumit is also serving as a Visiting Faculty at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research since September 2023, and as a Guest Lecturer since July 2021. Sumit has held the position of Guest Professor at Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi since January 2023, and at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode since September 2022. Sumit has also worked as a Guest Faculty at IIT Jodhpur, Rajasthan since January 2022, and as a Guest Lecturer at Indian Institute of Management Rohtak since November 2021, and Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur since December 2020.

Prior to these roles, Sumit held multiple positions at LinkCXO Global Pvt. Ltd. from March 2019 to April 2020, including Chief AI Advisor, Chief Analytics Officer, and Subject Matter Expert - AI. Sumit later pursued MBA courses in General Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, from 2014 to 2016. Sumit also conducted research in High Frequency Financial Data during their time at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, from 2016 to 2021, focusing on Econometrics, AI, and Capital Markets.
