Zmitsier Sakhonchyk began their work experience in 2019 as a Junior Research Engineer at JSC Peleng. During this time, they conducted research on digital image processing and remote sensing, prepared analytical reports, and developed digital image processing algorithms using MATLAB. Zmitsier also prepared satellite images for marketing and presentation purposes using software such as ERDAS IMAGINE, QGIS, and Adobe Photoshop.

In 2019, Zmitsier also worked as an Embedded Software Engineer Intern at Regula.

In 2021, Zmitsier joined Routine Automation as a Junior Salesforce Administrator. Here, they configured customers' Salesforce org to suit their business needs and set up various features such as reports and automations for the Service Cloud org. Zmitsier also worked on Engagement Programs, Email Templates, Forms, and Campaigns for the Pardot org.

Later in 2021, Zmitsier joined Elinext as a Business Analyst. In this role, they participated in pre-sale activities, discovery, and development phases. Zmitsier was responsible for eliciting business and stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and system analysis. Zmitsier also conducted competitor analysis.

Overall, Zmitsier Sakhonchyk has gained experience in research, software engineering, and business analysis through their various roles.

Zmitsier Sakhonchyk obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Aerospace Technologies from Belarusian State University from 2014 to 2019. In addition, they have also obtained two certifications: the Xsolla School Analytics Basic Level certification from Xsolla in July 2021 and the Business Analysis in Software Development Basic Level certification from Академия BELHARD in March 2021.
