Ulyana Bavdei began their work experience as an IT Support Manager at AIPeople in February 2016. During their time there, they demonstrated a strong customer focus, consistently meeting customer needs and earning recognition for their excellent customer service skills. Ulyana also excelled in utilizing up-selling opportunities. In August 2018, Ulyana joined Elinext as a Business Development Specialist. At Elinext, they focused on software development and quality assurance in various domains such as banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, and retail. Ulyana played a key role in bringing digital transformation to mid-sized and large enterprises, specializing in enterprise software, e-commerce, BI and Big Data, e-learning, and IoT.

Ulyana Bavdei has a diverse education history. Ulyana obtained a Certification Course in Project Management from Saint Louis University in the year 2018 and continued their education at Belarusian State University, where they earned a Master's degree in International Relationships from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relationships at Belarusian State University from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Ulyana has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ulyana received a certification in Economics & International Business from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in September 2020. In August 2020, they completed a certification in IT Management - Building Information Systems from Alison. Ulyana also has a certification in Data analysis in Power BI from GeekBrains, which they obtained in February 2019. Furthermore, they have certifications in Comp TIA A+/IT Essentials/Helpdesk from Udemy, earned in May 2018, and Project Finance and Public Private Partnerships from edX in March 2017.
