Diana Luschik began their work experience in 2012 as a Junior Project Manager at ISsoft. Diana then moved on to Altoros in 2014, where they held the role of Project Coordinator until 2018. In 2018, Diana joined Elinext as an IT Consultant, specializing in custom software development and consulting.

From 2005 to 2010, Diana Luschik attended Belarusian State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
