Aliaksandr Lebiadz began their work experience in November 2019, as a Student at EPAM Systems. Aliaksandr then transitioned to the role of Java/React Developer from April 2020 to September 2020. In August 2020, they joined Elinext as a Java Developer, where they are currently employed.

Aliaksandr Lebiadz pursued their education from 2018 to 2022 at Belarusian National Technical University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering.
