Belinda Lau began their work experience as a Regulatory Affairs Intern at Medrad in 2003. Belinda then joined Medtronic in 2004 as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, where they provided support and guidance for marketing strategies and advised on regulatory requirements. Belinda then worked as a Product Marketing Manager for US Markets at Medtronic, where they developed and executed marketing and sales objectives, achieving significant revenue and growth. Belinda later became a Product Marketing Manager for Global Markets, focusing on next-generation insulin pump systems and conducting market research to inform product design and improve the customer experience. Belinda also served as a Principal Product Manager and Program Manager, leading high-revenue programs and successfully launching large-scale projects. Belinda then held roles as Sr. Group Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing teams and driving strategic pipeline development. Belinda's most recent role was as an Independent Business Consultant at Bryn Group in 2018. In 2019, they co-founded ELIMS, a company dedicated to providing high-quality, sustainable oral care products that reduce waste and promote responsible consumption habits.

Belinda Lau obtained a BSc degree from Carnegie Mellon University, majoring in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering. Belinda attended from an unknown start year and graduated in 2004. Belinda later pursued an Executive MBA from UCLA, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Belinda completed their MBA program from 2018 to 2020.
