Brandi Katz has over 18 years of work experience in various roles. Brandi began their career in 2003 as a Property Manager at Bozzuto, where they handled property management responsibilities and implemented resident retention programs. Brandi then worked as a Recruiter at COMSYS A Manpower Professional Company, where they recruited and managed IT candidates and consultants. In 2010, they joined ADVANTIS Global Services as a Resource Manager, specializing in recruiting top talent for a leading financial institution in the IT space. In 2012, they became a Senior Technical Recruiter at DIVERSANT, LLC before moving on to Eliassen Group in 2013. At Eliassen Group, Brandi held the positions of Senior Technical Recruiting Lead and Director of Recruiting.

Brandi Katz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Penn State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
