Viorica Smith has extensive experience in childcare and caregiving, particularly in programs supporting children with intellectual disabilities and behavioral issues. Currently serving as a Childcare Worker at Eliada Homes since September 2018, Viorica actively engages with children in STEM programs, assists with homework, and collaborates with parents. Previous roles include a Student Internship in an after school program for children with diverse needs, caregiver positions at Soundview Family Care Homes Inc., and Blue Ridge Group Homes, where Viorica provided support to residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Viorica holds education from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
