Artur Racu is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in project leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Leader at Elia since June 2023, Artur previously spent over 13 years at TRACTEBEL, where responsibilities included serving as Lead Electrical Engineer, and contributing to significant projects such as CCGT power plants, offshore wind, and data centers substations. Artur also held positions as Electrical Project Engineer and Electrical Commissioning Engineer, overseeing multiple offshore wind farm projects and a major supercritical coal-fired power plant. Artur's educational credentials include an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Master of Science in Management from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
