Arnaud Ostrowski is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Design System Lead at Elia Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Arnaud was a Design Systems Lead at Randstad from May 2022 to December 2023 and has been working with caizen as a Design Technologist and Design System Consultant since January 2018. Previous experience includes positions at Proximus as DesignOps & Design System Designer and UX/UI Designer from June 2018 to May 2022, and a freelance UI/UX role at OSTRO.ME from January 2008 to January 2019.
