Stacy Bellack, MBA, currently serves as a Police Officer at the Elgin IL Police Department since December 2022. Prior to this role, Stacy worked at Richards Building Supply Co. as a Recruiter, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers for CDL Driver and Warehouse Associate positions. During an internship as a Recruiting Coordinator while pursuing an MBA, Stacy gained valuable insights into various aspects of recruitment. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Communication and Media Studies, all from Aurora University. Notable previous positions include Senior Ambassador, Peer Advisor, and promotions intern at the Chicago Bandits, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service, leadership, and event coordination.
