Justin Flores is a Senior Project Manager at Elford, Inc. since August 2015, overseeing significant projects such as the NCR Brookwood Point, an Independent Senior Living Facility, and previously managed the National Church Residences First Community Village, focusing on renovations and new constructions. Prior to their role at Elford, Justin served as Owner's Construction Representative and Assistant Project Manager at Salon Lofts Group, LLC, where responsibilities included construction takeoffs, budget preparations, and managing multiple sites across several states. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Systems Management from The Ohio State University, completed in 2013, with foundational studies in construction principles during their time there from 2007 to 2013.
