Pierre Quinn is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership training. As the Chief Executive Officer at The Cardell Group since March 2017, Pierre has led a minority-owned consulting firm that specializes in professional development for diverse organizations. In addition to this role, Pierre serves as a Global Educator and Facilitator at Duke Corporate Education, delivers keynote addresses for various conferences such as the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association and the Maryland Judiciary, and has facilitated leadership retreats at Oregon State University. Notable past roles include hosting and producing "Courageous Conversations Live," participating in leadership training at AbbVie and the Chicago Urban League, and serving as a plenary speaker for the University of North Carolina System.
