Ivar Macsween is a seasoned professional in change management with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as BSC Change Manager at Elexon since June 2018. In this role, Ivar leads a team of Change Analysts and actively participates in the development and implementation of BSC changes through facilitating workshops and improving internal processes. Previously, Ivar has held various positions including Senior Change Analyst and BSC Change Team Lead at Elexon, and founded 8-Bit Statistics, a data visualization brand. Additional roles include freelance editing and analysis at Globalo News, English instruction in Japan with Gaba Corporation, and content creation for multiple organizations, gaining a wide array of skills across digital marketing, journalism, and scriptwriting. Ivar holds a Master's Degree in Writing for the Media from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Linguistics from The University of Manchester.
