Youcef Daroui currently serves as Team Lead Project Management at elexon GmbH, a role encompassing the leadership of a project management team, strategic resource management, and enhancement of project quality through KPI-driven leadership. Experience includes comprehensive management of innovative EV charging infrastructure projects and a commitment to process improvement. Prior to this, Youcef worked at DILAX Intelcom as Project & Customer Service Manager, overseeing railway and bus projects while fostering customer relationships and supporting the sales team with technical expertise. Earlier roles included positions as Customer Service Technician and Junior Customer Service Technician, focusing on system commissioning and technical support.
