Will Newsome is an experienced operations manager and educator with a strong background in program development and staff training. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Elevo Learning, Will oversees Regional Managers and Coaches and ensures effective implementation of educational programs. Will also holds the position of Head Basketball Coach for 6th-8th Grade Boys at Optimist International. Previously, as the Director of Program Quality & Impact at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Will led program development and evaluation, managed staff training, and administered budgets. Will's diverse experience includes positions as a Physical Education Instructor, Project Program Coordinator at the Center for Human Development, Media Assistant for the NBA, and various roles at Holy Names University where mentorship and academic guidance were emphasized. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Holy Names University.
