Darshana Kothari has 8 years of professional experience in the legal and compliance sector. Darshana started their career in 2010 as a Management Trainee at Paramount Cosmetics India Limited. In 2012, they moved to Stovekraft Pvt. Ltd, where they served as the Company Secretary. In 2014, they joined CreditAccess Grameen Limited as an Assistant General Manager - Corporate Governance. Currently, they are employed as an Associate Vice President - Legal & Compliance at Elever since 2022.

Darshana Kothari completed their schooling at St. Mary's Convent high School from 1992 to 2006. Darshana then completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at BRB College of Commerce from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they completed their studies at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2009 to 2012. Most recently, they completed their Bachelor of Laws - LLB at Visveswarapura College Of Law from 2017 to 2020.
