Richard Nelson is an experienced Senior Project Manager at ZOOM International since March 2014, with a robust background in project and product management spanning various companies. Prior to ZOOM, Richard held the position of Project Manager at Verint from June 2010 to February 2014, and previously worked at Avaya as a Services Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the market introduction of key VoIP and Unified Communications products.
