Piers Freke Evans is a seasoned coaching psychologist and executive coach with extensive experience in growth, strategy, and innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Coaching Psychologist, Facilitator & Advisor at InnovationFreke since 2013, Piers has supported global business pioneers in achieving their ambitious growth goals. With roles as Growth Partner and Executive Coach at T-minus, The Russell Partnership, Landit, and Skillsoft, Piers collaborates with teams to foster disruptive leadership and radical new possibilities. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Product Officer at Dynamo Mortgages, where Piers led product development to establish a digital remortgage solution, and holding various strategic innovation roles at companies such as Hunch, Bow&Arrow, Inzenka, and The Foundation Growth Consultancy. Piers holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol.
