Mire Fejza has a range of experience in the elevator service industry. They started their career at Schindler Elevator Corporation in 2014, working as an Invoicing Specialist before moving up to roles such as Supervisor, Repair Billing and Associate Finance Manager. In 2021, they became an Area Finance Manager. In 2023, they transitioned to Elevator Service as the Director of Business Integration.

Mire Fejza obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph's College in the years 2007 to 2011.
