Nate O'Neil has had a varied and successful career. Starting in 1994, they were a Professional Basketball Player for the Harlem Globetrotters. In 1999, they became a Customer Relationship Management Consultant at Accenture. In 2004, they were a Regional Sales Manager at Nobel Biocare. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Director of Sales and Business Development at Milyoni. From 2013 to 2022, they were a Strategic Account Executive at Sunrun. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Business Development at Elevation, where they are leveraging their scale to increase the value of their portfolios while providing their residents with an unprecedented home energy experience.

Nate O'Neil attended Colgate University from 1990 to 1994, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Nate then attended the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York from 1997 to 1999, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems.
