Paul Peltekian has extensive experience in the financial industry. Paul is currently the Managing Director of Institutional Sales and Trading at Elevation Securities. Prior to this, they served as the Director of U.S. Institutional Equities at INTL FCSTONE FINANCIAL INC. from 2019 to 2021.

From 2011 to 2019, Paul held the position of Head of Institutional Equity Research Sales at Cirrus Research. Here, they developed relationships with tier-1 global mutual funds and institutions, working closely with CIOs, portfolio managers, and analysts. Their expertise also extended to quantitative and asset allocation teams.

Before Cirrus Research, Paul worked at Tradition Equities from 2007 to 2010. In this role, they built an Equity Research platform targeting large institutions and hedge funds, with a focus on Credit Default Swap (CDS) markets and generating actionable equity ideas for clients.

From 2005 to 2007, Paul worked as an Institutional Equity Sales and Trading professional at GFI Group. During this time, they collaborated with the world's largest CDS desk to study the correlation between CDS markets and equity prices. Paul also presented at industry conferences on CDS markets and their potential use in tracking trends.

Earlier in their career, Paul served as a Managing Director at Backbay Management from 2001 to 2005, and as a Vice President at JP Morgan Investment Management from 1995 to 2001.

Paul Peltekian attended Niles North High School and Grayslake High School from 1985 to 1989. Paul then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General at DePaul University from 1989 to 1993.
