Justyn Garon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering and operations management across various industries. As a Process Engineer at Elevation Labs since March 2022, Justyn applies expertise in developing high-quality production processes. Previously, Justyn held multiple leadership roles at Native Roots Colorado, including Director of MIP Operations, where oversight of the MIP led to successful product launches and expansion of production capabilities. Justyn's career also includes significant positions at Morgan Advanced Materials, Marmon Aerospace & Defense, Z-Tech LLC, and Freudenberg-NOK, focusing on production, quality assurance, and process improvement. Justyn holds an MBA in Leadership from Franklin Pierce University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
