Pamela Perea is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as both an Organizational Development Coach and Development Manager at Elevate USA since October 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Development at Refuge for Women, Inc. from May 2019 to October 2021, and Branch Manager at KeyBank from December 2015 to August 2018. Additionally, Pamela contributed to Colorado UpLIFT as the Community and Corporate Relations Manager from October 2000 to September 2015. An education from Barnes Business College complements Pamela's extensive career focused on building impactful relationships and fostering community engagement with urban youth.
