Katie Ross is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Principal at Elevate Talent since June 2023, Katie previously held the position of Managing Director at Heller Search Associates, leading executive search initiatives for senior technology roles across various industries from July 2012 to October 2020. Additionally, Katie's experience includes a role as Assistant Account Executive at Weber Shandwick from 2010 to 2012, followed by positions as Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Partner. Between October 2020 and June 2023, Katie was dedicated to family as a stay-at-home parent. Katie holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University and has also studied at Maastricht University in 2009.
