Benjamin Gumpert has an extensive work experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Benjamin is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Elevate Sports Ventures, where they provide strategic guidance and serves as an advisor to the Chairman. In addition to their role at Elevate Sports Ventures, Benjamin is also an Investor and Consultant for League One Volleyball, and an Advisor at Bain & Company. Benjamin is an Investor in Angel City Football Club, StellarAlgo, and Jackpot.

Prior to their current roles, Benjamin was the CEO of Ursa Ventures, a strategic consulting firm specializing in the sports and entertainment sector. Benjamin has also served as the President & COO of Sacramento Republic FC, and as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at Sacramento Kings. Benjamin has previously worked at the National Basketball Association, where they held the position of Vice President of Team Marketing & Business Operations, overseeing various aspects such as ticket sales, sponsorships, marketing, digital media, community relations, and finance.

Benjamin Gumpert holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they earned from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business-Economics at UCLA.
