Prior to that, Suryansh was the VP, Business at Dukaan®, where they played a crucial role in building revenue streams and developing last mile logistics as a service for the seller ecosystem. Suryansh also managed the core subscription revenue and established payment and subscription partnerships. Additionally, they piloted initiatives such as lending and social commerce.

Suryansh has also held positions such as Chief Growth Officer at POPxo, Senior Director of Growth at Snapdeal, VP of Growth at Shuttl, and General Manager at Uber. Suryansh started their professional career at Matrimony.com Pvt Ltd as a Product Manager for new initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Suryansh worked at Walmart, where they held the roles of National Product Manager at Beetel Mobiles and Assistant Manager in the Strategy department of the President & COO's Office. In these roles, they focused on maximizing customer satisfaction, implementing innovations, and driving business growth.

Suryansh Kumar started their education journey in 1996 at St. Pauls Sr. Sec School Udaipur, where they completed their Board Exams in 1999. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2001 to 2006. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing at the Indian School of Business from 2014 to 2015.
