Jaime Gelpi, M.A. has a diverse work experience in the field of copywriting and communications. In 2006, Jaime worked as a Kid Caster Radio Personality for Radio Disney for two years. From 2017 to 2018, Jaime served as a Copywriter & Social Media Specialist at Imaginal Marketing Group, where they wrote and edited various types of copy for clients in the beauty and fashion industries. From 2018 to 2020, Jaime was a Communications Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs at Southeastern Louisiana University, where they crafted executive-level communications and managed student-facing media content. From 2020 to 2022, Jaime worked at Kasasa as a B2C Copywriter I, where they oversaw the voice and strategy of nine products within the D2C insurance initiative, Kasasa Care, and trained teams on style guides and product marketing practices. Jaime also has freelance experience, starting from 2015, where they worked as a Copywriter for various clients and also provided voiceover services for different organizations. Currently, Jaime is a Marketing Copywriter at Elevate Labs starting in 2022.

Jaime Gelpi, M.A. has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University, which was completed between 2014 and 2017. Following the completion of the bachelor's degree, Jaime pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Communication at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2018 to 2020. In addition to the formal education, Jaime has obtained several certifications, including a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite in February 2020, a Hootsuite Platform Certification in November 2016, and a Certified Barista certification from Starbucks in June 2016.
