Barbara Gerth is a Consulting Manager at Elevate and the President of Gerth Collaboration Services, Inc. With a background in compliance, process analysis, and internal audit, Barbara has held various roles such as Director of Compliance and Process Analysis at The Breakers and Director of Internal Audit. Barbara has also served as the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Chapter President at Palm Beach County IIA and as a member of the Internal Audit Subcommittee at AHLA.
