Anne Land has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Anne began their career as an Assistant Manager at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. from October 2010 to October 2014. Anne then worked as an Associate Account Executive at Randa Accessories from January 2017 to July 2017. From July 2017 to June 2018, they were a Marketing Liaison at Veracare Burbank. Anne then joined Lexington Health Network as a Director of Admissions from June 2018 to December 2018, and later became a Director of Business Development from December 2018 to August 2019. Currently, they are working at Elevate Care, where they initially served as a Director of Business Development from August 2019 to December 2022. Later, they became a Regional Director of Business Development from December 2022 to April 2023 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development from April 2023.

Anne Land completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies at Kirkwood Community College from 2011 to 2013. Later, they attended the University of Iowa from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Studies. During their time at the University of Iowa, they also received a Leadership Certificate.
