Mark Davis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer service and business solutions across leading companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Solutions at Elevance Health since June 2023, Mark is responsible for Workforce Management and driving member outcomes through optimized resource capacity models. Prior to this, Mark held multiple senior roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Vice President of Customer Experience and Frontline Systems, where responsibilities included enhancing customer service capabilities and technology solutions. Mark's earlier experience at T-Mobile encompassed leadership positions focused on customer service optimization, workforce management, and site development, culminating in the successful launch and remodeling of call centers. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-law from East Carolina University.
