Jay Wagner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Counsel at Elevance Health since April 2006, Jay has previously held significant leadership roles, including General Counsel for the Americas at Technicolor from March 1998 to March 2006, and Chief Counsel for Eastern Operations at OHM Remediation from August 1993 to March 1998. Jay earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law between 1989 and 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University, completed in 1989.
