Benjamin Montag is an accomplished Lead Engineer at Elevance Health, with a career spanning over 20 years in UI/UX design and development. At Elevance Health, Benjamin manages a team of front-end developers focused on maintaining an enterprise-wide component library using Web Component technology, ensuring adherence to accessibility, browser, and enterprise standards. Prior to this role, Benjamin owned boomBLAMO! LLC, specializing in UX and UI design, and served as Lead UI Designer at Lumi Technologies, where projects emphasized user-centered mobile design. Additional experience includes freelance graphic design for startups at RGS Design and creating promotional materials at Signature Concepts and Target.
