Philip Håkansson has a diverse work experience spanning various companies. In 2013, they worked at Hör kommun as a Receptionist and Mail Clerk. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Personal Trainer at Fitness24Seven. Starting in 2017, Philip joined Trygg-Hansa as an Insurance Advisor until 2019. Later, they joined Eletive in 2019 and held multiple roles, including Business Development Representative, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Sales Enablement Coach & Senior Account Executive, and currently serves as the Sales Team Manager. The role at Eletive involves promoting a SaaS solution that helps companies reduce disengagement, stress, and mental illness while improving profitability and employer branding.
