Gernot Sonderegger is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in embedded software development, particularly in the field of lighting technology. Currently employed at ELESTA GmbH since March 2023, Gernot previously held the position of Head of Embedded Software Digital Gears at Tridonic from September 2007 to March 2023, where responsibilities included developing embedded software for ballasts and LED converters using C/C++. Prior experience also includes roles at Hirschmann Automotive GmbH and Bodemann GmbH, where Gernot contributed to initial sampling management and the development of manhole surveying systems, respectively. Gernot Sonderegger's foundational education was completed at HTL Rankweil.
