Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Mariana has also worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously held the positions of Owner/Manager at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and Nutritionist at a private consulting practice between February 2016 and 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed to academia as a university instructor in applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
