Levan Apkhaidze has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Marketing Project Manager for ElephantStock. In 2020, they worked as an Environmental Project Manager for VMK Construction, where they were responsible for establishing environmental and safety measures on the projects they worked on, as well as assembling and executing weekly and monthly environmental and safety checklists. In 2019, they worked as a Lobbyist for Friends Committee on National Legislation, and as a Volunteer for WWF Caucasus PO, where they assisted experts on finding the best possible tourist routes, monitored environmental impacts, and identified and assessed conditions of endangered species of plants. In 2017, they worked as an Assistant Environmental Project Manager for Indiana Municipal Power Agency, and as a Museum Management Intern for Dmanisi Museum Reserve. In 2015, they worked as a Library Assistant for The Guivy Zaldastanishvili American Academy in Tbilisi, and as a Bank intern for TBC Bank. In 2014, they worked as a Delegate for European Youth Parliament (EYP).

Levan Apkhaidze received their High School Diploma from The Guivy Zaldastanishvili American Academy in Tbilisi in 2016. Levan then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science and Environmental Sustainability from Earlham College in 2020.
