Adir Zangi has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and CRM fields since 2012. From 2012-2015, they held the role of Research Assistant at INSS Israel and Marketing Manager at EZ&Bizi. In 2015, they became the Email Marketing Manager & SMS Specialist at Blackrock. From 2016-2019, they were the Marketing Team Leader and Automation Marketing Manager at 3Marketers. In 2019, they became the Online Marketing Manager at Siklu. In 2020, they became the CRM and Retention Manager at Maëlys. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as Head of Retention and CRM at ElephantStock. In this role, they lead the retention team to deliver a scalable real-time multi-channel orchestration platform and automation, including user journeys, ad-hoc campaigns, user communication and segmentation. Adir is also responsible for the design, content management and operational management of the yearly plan for all marketing activities.

Adir Zangi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Middel Eastern Studies from the University of Haifa between 2011 and 2013. Adir then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2013 and 2015.
