Katherine Underhill is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and production. Currently serving as a Production Coordinator and Data Collector at Elephants Delicatessen since September 2021, Katherine previously held the position of Operations Manager at Anthropologie from July 2010 to January 2021. Additionally, Katherine co-owned Mothership Music between 2019 and 2020 and worked as a Shop Assistant at Zigzag Wanderer from 2015 to 2020. Katherine is an alumnus of Santa Monica College.
