John L. Taylor possesses extensive experience in research and data science within various organizations focused on enhancing online security and fraud prevention. Currently serving as the Head of R&D for Trust Scores at both elephant and Pipl since January and May 2022, respectively, John L. Taylor leads initiatives that leverage identity data and advanced methodologies in machine learning. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Digital Data Science at TransUnion, where oversight of a Data Science team fostered innovative solutions through large-scale data acquisition. With a background dating back to 2004, John L. Taylor has consistently driven research and development in the fields of recognition and authentication, contributing to product launches and strategic organizational growth. Academic qualifications include a BA/BA in Philosophy and Psychology from Humboldt State University and partial completion of an MS in Logic and Computation at Carnegie Mellon University.
