Miguel Diaz is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and culinary arts. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at JOEY'S since May 2018, Miguel also holds the position of Assistant Kitchen Manager at Elephant & Castle Pub since May 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Line Supervisor at Ivars from May 2005 to October 2014. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Seattle Community College-South Campus, completed between 2010 and 2013.
