Mark Grossman has worked in the finance and software industries for over 40 years. Mark began their career in 1980 as an Accountant at KPMG. In 1983, they moved to Unigate, PLC, where they served as Assistant Treasurer. Mark then joined Building Supply Trading Corp in 1988 as Financial Controller. In 1991, they became CEO of Community Software Solutions, Inc., a company that provides custom, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for government social programs. In 2012, they became CEO of Eleo Online Donor Management Software.

Mark Grossman received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rider University in 1978, having started their studies there in 1974.
