Zach Oschin is the Founder and CEO of Elenas, Latin America's leading social commerce platform, which enables women in Colombia and Mexico to establish online businesses through social media. Since 2021, Zach has been recognized as an Endeavor Entrepreneur and has invested as an angel in various companies, including Reforge, Carry1st, and Spotter. Previously, Zach served as a Fellow at Kairos, focusing on high-impact entrepreneurial opportunities, and was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Polymath Ventures. Early career experiences include growth and expansion roles at Pargo, growth management at XCOR Aerospace, co-founding JT's Flying Pictures, and founding Westlake Washers. Zach holds a B.S. in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University and has completed a study abroad program in Business Administration at CESA.
