Carley Weston has extensive experience in management and sales within the beauty and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Business Manager at ELEMIS since August 2022, Carley previously held the position of Group Distribution & Key Account Manager at Nouveau Beauty Group from September 2020 to August 2022. Carley also worked as Group Sales Manager for Nouveau Lashes, HD Brows, Nouveau Skin Therapy & KB Pro between September 2019 and September 2020, and as Key Account Manager and Business Development Manager at Nouveau Lashes from September 2017 to September 2019. Earlier career roles include Deputy Manager at Queen Mary, where Carley contributed from June 2015 to August 2017, and Deputy HoH at Queen Ethelburga's College from January 2012 to August 2015.
