Tanushree Chawan began their work experience as an intern at Webakruti in 2016. Tanushree then joined HCL Technologies as a Software Engineer Trainee from August 2016 to March 2017. Following that, they worked as an SAP ABAP Developer at The LEGO Group from March 2017 to November 2017. In November 2017, they joined T-Mobile as an Application Support Specialist and worked there until March 2019. Most recently, they became an IT Engineer at Elemica in December 2020.

Tanushree Chawan completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Information Technology from Nagpur University in the year 2016. Prior to that, they completed their higher secondary education at New English Jr. College in 2011. Tanushree completed their schooling at Holy Cross High School and Delhi Public School in 2009 and 2005 respectively. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2019. Tanushree also holds the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from the same institution, although the specific details of the completion date are not provided.
