P Venkata Sai Sasidhar has been working as a Technical Project Manager at Elemica since December 2020. Before joining Elemica, they worked at ProcessWeaver, Inc as a Technical Lead from March 2016 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Process Weaver Technologies from February 2011 to March 2016. P Venkata Sai started their career as a Software Engineer at Spiro Global Solutions - India in February 2009 and worked there until January 2011.

P Venkata Sai Sasidhar has a diverse educational background. P Venkata Sai obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Information Technology Project Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, Sasidhar completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thiruvalluvar College of Engineering and Technology from 2002 to 2006. P Venkata Sai began their educational journey at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they pursued their Intermediate education in the field of MPC from 1999 to 2001. Sasidhar's earliest education took place at Siddhartha High School, where they completed their SSC from 1994 to 1999.
