Ryan Morningstar, MEng has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering field. In 2017, they began their career as a Research Development Engineering Intern at ArcelorMittal Belgium. The following year, they were a Materials and Process Intern at Lockheed Martin. In 2019, they moved up to Materials Engineer at Lockheed Martin. In 2021, they became a Field Sales Engineer at Earle Intermountain Technical Sales. Currently, they are an Account Manager and Sales Engineer at Elementum 3D, an additive manufacturing company that specializes in advanced metals.

Ryan Morningstar, MEng, completed their undergraduate studies in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines from 2013 to 2017. Ryan then returned to the same school and earned their Master's degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in 2018. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Wollongong in 2014.
