Fhia Fhusvitasari has held various roles in the professional world since 2010. Fhia began their career at Citi as a Telemarketer in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Telemarketer for Bank Danamon Indonesia, where they were responsible for cultivating immediate rapport and building business with customers from Jakarta. In 2013, they joined Intel Corporation as a General Affairs, where they were responsible for report and document preparation, travel and guest arrangement, inventory management, and report and documentation management. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Product Category Manager and Product Manager at AsmaraKu, where they were responsible for identifying qualify product for AsmaraKu private label and building business for AsmaraKu in online store space. Since 2019, they have been working as a Project Manager for Element, Inc.

Fhia Fhusvitasari obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Politeknik Akademi Pimpinan Perusahaan Jakarta in the years 2007 to 2010.
