Shoaib Mansur is a highly experienced professional in data science and monetization, currently serving as VP of Monetization and Head of Data Science & Optimization at ElementalTV since January 2021. Mansur contributes to enhancing linear TV experiences for CTV ads, supporting both advertisers in extending their brand and publishers in contextualizing ad experiences. Previously, Mansur held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Audience Media TV and Yield Nexus, where expertise in programmatic advertising and audience discovery was developed. Early career roles included Data Scientist at BPO Solutions and various academic positions at Purdue University. With a Master's degree in Applied Computer Sciences from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from GIK Institute, Mansur has established a strong technical foundation while leading significant projects in the media and telecommunications sectors.
