Thomas Place is a seasoned technology and data governance professional with extensive experience in enterprise data analytics and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant at element22 and as a Data Governance, AI/ML Advisor at QEBI, Thomas previously held the position of VP - Enterprise Data Analytics & Governance at Fiserv, where significant contributions included founding the enterprise data governance council and developing a comprehensive data framework. As a co-founder of Utiliz, Thomas led the automation of customer enrollment in energy plans. Throughout a career spanning multiple prestigious firms, including Ipreo, Bridgewater Associates, Fortress Investment Group, and UBS, Thomas has consistently focused on leveraging technology to optimize processes and enhance data management capabilities. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
